Gulliver's Travels
Jonathan Swift · 1726
ProtestantBritish
Gulliver wakes up tied down by six-inch men who argue over which end of a boiled egg to break first. Later he lives in a box as a pet for giants, and later still he meets a race of horses who keep humans as animals. The first two voyages are for nearly anyone; the last one is for when they’re ready to hear what Swift thought of people.
